Terms and conditions

• By registering for this activity, I waive, release and discharge, indemnify, hold harmless and will not sue Netball Australia, Netball Queensland, Phoenix Netball Club Inc including its members, Owners of facilities being used and volunteers from any and all liability for personal injury as a result of participation in this activity, whether caused by negligence or otherwise including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or persons released or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to me including my travelling to and from this activity.
  
  I acknowledge that this activity may test a person's physical and mental limits and may carry with it the potential for death and serious injury. The risks may include, but are not limited to, those caused by terrain, facilities, temperature, weather, condition of participants, equipment, vehicular traffic, actions of other people including, but not limited to, participants, volunteers, spectators, coaches, activity officials, and activity monitors, and lack of hydration. These risks are not only inherent to participants, but are also present for volunteers. I hereby consent for my child to receive medical treatment which may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness during this activity.
  
  The accident waiver and release of liability shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law.
• I hereby understand that video footage and/or photographic images taken of the player nominated in this registration are for free and unrestricted use by Phoenix Netball and its agents for coaching and training purposes, as well as in editorial, advertising and promotional material.
  
  By acknowledging this statement I hereby grant approval for the use of video footage and/or photographic images taken of the player nominated in this registration and I therefore have no further claims for compensation from Phoenix Netball or its agents.
