RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinationg team communication and provide a liaison role between parents/players and the club management committee. Manage the team and DPNA requirements for the team on Game Day, such as player attendence and rosters for scoring.

Team Communication
- Team contact information can be obtained from the Team Dugout
- Setup a communication channel with parents
- Suggested platforms: WhatsApp, Facebook Chat etc
- Please note guidelines for communicating with players U18
Scoring
- All scoring is done via NetballConnect
- Create a scoring roster for parents
Game Day responsibilities
- Bring the kit bag to and from games
- Ensure the kit contains 2 x balls and Game patches (2 sets for Cadets, Inters, Opens)
- Allocate the scorer each week
- Confirm Player attendence to games
- Note: Players manage their own water bottles
DPNA - Team Manager Information
Photos & Videos
- Ensure you are familiar with photo consent for your team
- Photo consent MUST be obtained from the oppositiona and umpires for EACH game
- Absolutely NO VIDEOS
INJURY REPORTING
Injured at training
If you are injured during training, the incident should be immediately reported by your Coach / Manager using the Phoenix Netball Club - Injury Incident Report Form.
Injured at DPNA fixtures
If you are injured during DPNA fixtures, the incident should be immediately reported to DPNA First Aid and recorded in the Injury Record Book. Your Coach / Manager should also report the incident using the Phoenix Netball Club - Injury Incident Report Form
