Bluecards are required by all representative of Phoenix Netball who are over 18 years of age.
Representatives of Phoenix who require a current blue card are:
- Managers
- Coaches
- Committee Members
- Umpires (over the age of 18)
Please note: Bluecards expire after two years and a new application needs to be completed.
To complete your Blue Card or Exemption card form (New/Renewal)
- Login and complete the Blue card or Exemption card Application.
- Advise the registrar of your application number and DOB, to be linked to our organisation
- Finanlise the application as advised by Blue card services
Please note: ID Photos are sourced from the department of transport. if your photo is older than ten (10) years, you will need to visit a department of transport before your application can be completed.
