
Our Strength & Conditioning program is designed to help Phoenix players build strong foundations for netball. Led by Megan, these sessions focus on core strength, balance, stability, and netball‑specific movement patterns that support safer, more confident performance on court.
Players will work on:
- Core activation and control
- Lower‑body strength for jumping, landing and change of direction
- Upper‑body strength for passing and contesting
- Agility, footwork and injury‑prevention fundamentals
📅 Mondays - starting 8 June
🕔 5.00–5.45pm – Ages 10–13
🕕 6.00–6.45pm – Cadets to Opens
📍 Phoenix Netball Courts, Tramway Street, Ferny Grove
